DOJASI is not built around the traditional retail model.
Rather than producing for constant availability, we operate through carefully planned release cycles, allowing each collection to exist within its own defined moment. Every product is introduced with purpose, released in limited quantities, and made available only for a specific period of time.
We believe our items should be special. They should mean something to you. We do not make a lot of our items. We want to make sure each item is special. We want people to remember the story behind our items. Our items should carry meaning beyond something you buy.
We only make a few of our items available. That is on purpose. Once a release window closes, pieces may become unavailable without notice and certain designs may never be produced again. Some items return in future collections, while others remain exclusive to the moment in which they were first introduced.
For those who follow DOJASI, each product becomes more than a transaction, it becomes part of an ongoing journey. Every time we bring out something it is like a new part of our story. We only make it available to the people who are paying attention when it comes out.
We like it when people who like our stuff stay in touch with us because that way they can find out about products and when we get more of something they want or when we make something special. We tell people about these items through our channels when the time is right.
Product Availability
All DOJASI products are released in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out or closed, items may not return in the same form. Although we try to maintain the designs and the quality of our products as much as we can.
Some designs may reappear in altered versions, different colorways, or revised structures but nothing is permanently guaranteed. Availability is always dynamic.
Drop-Based System
Products are not continuously listed. Instead, they appear in scheduled or spontaneous drops.
Each drop is:
- Time-restricted
- Quantity-limited
- Sometimes membership-exclusive
- Removed once the release cycle ends
This ensures every piece maintains rarity and defined presence.
Ordering Process
Ordering is simple but structured:
- Select your item during an active drop
- Our items are available in S (small) M(Medium) L(Large) XL (Extra Large) XXL (Extra Extra Large) and Custom on some products
- Select available different colors Choose a custom option if Available
- Add to cart and complete checkout
- Receive order confirmation
For custom requests, additional confirmation may be required before production begins.
Custom Orders
Selected items allow customization, including:
- Size adjustments
- Color variations
- Limited structural modifications
Custom orders may require extended processing time depending on complexity and approval.
Measurement Standard
Because we love our clients to have items that fits them, some of Our products are measured in inches and detailed measurements are provided for each item. When you pick out your size you want to make sure it is just right for you. You should really look at the measurements before you order something. Each item we make is a little different. This means it might fit a little differently too.
Order Confirmation
The moment you finish purchasing your favorable item, we receive the confirmation immediately and we start on working on your order as soon as possible. For limited or custom pieces, additional verification may follow before production or dispatch begins.
