We expressly disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

- Warranties of title, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment
- Warranties arising from course of dealing, performance, usage, or trade practice
- Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, quality, or performance

PRODUCT CONDITION AND ACCEPTANCE
The customer acknowledges that:
- All products are inspected prior to dispatch where applicable
- Minor variations in appearance, packaging, color, or finish may occur
- Such variations do not constitute defects or breaches of any warranty
- Upon delivery or collection, the product is deemed fully inspected, accepted, and approved by the customer
Once a product has been delivered and accepted, the customer waives any right to claim that the product was defective, incomplete, unsuitable, or not as expected.
NO GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS
We make no representation or guarantee that:
- Any product will meet specific expectations, purposes, or requirements
- Any product will function continuously, without interruption, or without error
- Any product will achieve any intended result or outcome
- Any defects, issues, or failures will be corrected or remedied after delivery
- All performance-related risks are assumed entirely by the customer.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By purchasing or using our products, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- Use of the product is entirely at their own risk
- The customer is solely responsible for determining suitability for their intended use
- The customer assumes all risks relating to handling, storage, transportation, and use
We shall not be liable for any misuse, negligence, or improper application of the product
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, income, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Loss or corruption of data
- Property damage or personal injury arising from use or misuse of products
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
NO POST-SALE OBLIGATIONS
After delivery or transfer of ownership:
- All responsibility for the product shifts entirely to the customer
- We are under no obligation to repair, replace, refund, or exchange any product
- We are not responsible for maintenance, servicing, or ongoing support unless separately agreed in writing
Any issues arising after delivery shall be the sole responsibility of the customer
THIRD-PARTY AND EXTERNAL FACTORS
We shall not be liable for any issues arising from:
- Third-party misuse or interference
- Improper installation or handling
- Environmental conditions (including heat, moisture, dust, or power fluctuations)
- External events beyond our reasonable control
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation failures, government actions, or technical disruptions.
