Returns & Exchanges

DOJASI operates within a controlled release system where each item is produced in limited quantities, often tied to specific products, customization choices and production cycles. Because of this structure, our return and exchange policy is intentionally strict and clearly defined.

We ask all customers to read this carefully before placing an order, as every purchase is considered final.

Final Sale Understanding

Every item is treated as final sale once payment is completed.

This means:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation
  • Items cannot be returned for refund
  • Size changes cannot be made after dispatch
  • Color or design changes cannot be requested post-purchase

This policy exists because each piece is part of a limited release cycle rather than continuous stock.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

We are not a mass-production store. Each drop is:

  1. Limited in quantity
  2. Time-sensitive in availability
  3. Sometimes custom-built or adjusted per order
  4. Removed permanently once the release cycle ends

Because of this, returned items cannot simply be restocked or resold without breaking the structure of the collection. Every piece is part of a controlled system, not an ongoing inventory.

No Exchanges Policy

We do not offer size or product exchanges after purchase.

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Review size charts carefully (all measurements are in inches)
  • Consider fit preference (Structured / Balanced / Overshadow)
  • Check product descriptions and available color options before ordering

If a different size or variation is needed, a new order must be placed during a future or active product, subject to availability.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom orders are treated as fully committed production pieces.

Once a custom request is approved:

  • It enters production immediately
  • It cannot be changed or cancelled
  • It cannot be returned or exchanged after completion

This ensures each custom piece remains intentional and precisely executed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items once they have been received by the customer, due to strict hygiene and safety considerations. This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of all customers and to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and product integrity. Once items leave our control and are delivered, we cannot verify how they have been handled, stored or used, which makes it unsafe to restock or redistribute them. For this reason, all sales are considered final in cases involving damage reported after delivery or claims of incorrect items, therefore customers are requested to inform our customer care team about such issue and to make sure that it won’t happen again on your next purchase. We do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered in excellent condition and without any damage. However, in the rare case that you receive an incorrect item, you may place a new order for the correct product. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Customer Responsibility

Because of the final nature of all sales, customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Correct size selection before ordering
  • Correct address and delivery details
  • Awareness of product customization and limitations

We provide all available information to support this decision process, including detailed inch-based measurements and fit guidance.

We operate on permanence within limitation. Each purchase is not a trial; it is a commitment to a specific piece within a controlled release system. Once a piece leaves the system, it does not return. All sales are final by design, not convenience.
