Product Availability
Due to the limited nature of our products, some items may become unavailable without notice once a release closes.
If an item is no longer available, Customer Care can confirm whether a restock, alternative version or private release option exists.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–72 hours, depending on volume and release activity.
During active products, response times may be slightly delayed due to high engagement and limited support capacity. That’s where out membership privileges come in, we respond to our members as first as we can 24/7 without any delay. You are required to have our membership for more supportive engagement.
