DOJASI operates within a controlled production system where every purchase is part of a structured cycle of limited items, selective availability and (in some cases) custom production. Nothing within this system is continuous or guaranteed to remain available.
By placing an order, you are agreeing to the conditions that govern how each product exists, is processed and is finalized.
Order Confirmation & Lock-In
Once an order is successfully placed, it becomes confirmed and locked into the system.
At this point:
- The order is officially registered within the release cycle
- It enters processing and preparation
- It can no longer be modified, paused or partially changed
This lock-in exists because each product is tied to a specific limited-release batch and production process rather than being part of a regular inventory that can be adjusted freely.
Payment Requirement
All purchases must be completed in full at checkout.
DOJASI does not operate with:
- Reservations without payment
- Installment holds
- Post-order payment adjustments
Once payment is completed, the order is immediately integrated into the fulfillment process and treated as final.
Limited Drop Reality
Most DOJASI items exist within limited release windows.
This means:
- Items may disappear permanently once sold out
- Restocks are not part of the standard system
- Future versions may differ in design, structure, or color
Each product launch follows its own production and fulfillment process and once the sales window closes, it is considered complete.
Pricing Structure
Prices are set per release cycle and may vary between products depending on design, materials and production complexity.
Important conditions:
- Pricing applies only at time of purchase
- Completed orders will not be affected by future price changes
- Items may be removed or discontinued without prior notice once an item ends
Custom Orders & Adjustments
Some products allow customization, depending on the design.
Possible custom options include:
- Size adjustments (S–XXL or made-to-measure requests)
- Color variations (where available per collection)
- Minor structural or design modifications
However:
- Custom requests are reviewed individually
- Approval is not guaranteed for every item
- Once confirmed, custom orders are fully final and immediately processed
Custom work is treated as a dedicated production decision not a post-purchase service.
Order Integrity & Review
To protect the structure of limited releases, DOJASI reserves the right to review or decline orders that appear inconsistent, fraudulent or system-violating.
This may include:
- Duplicate or suspicious transactions
- Invalid or incomplete payment details
- Attempts to bypass product limitations
Such measures exist to maintain fairness and system stability across all releases.
Ownership & Fulfillment Transition
Ownership of our product is officially transferred only after successful delivery.
Until that point:
- The item remains within the fulfillment system
- It is still part of controlled processing and dispatch
- It is not considered fully transferred or completed
A purchase is not a conventional retail exchange. It exists within a structured release environment where every item is bound by specific limits of timing, availability, and production logic.
Once an order is confirmed, it enters a sealed system one where adjustments are no longer fluid and outcomes are governed by the conditions of the release itself.
